Get started today! If you are already a
FirstNet Internet Banking customer and
have internet access on your android or iPhone you are ready to go
To enroll simply log on to Internet Banking, click the OPTIONS
Tab, scroll down to MOBILE BANKING and complete the following:
- Ten Digit Mobile Phone Number
- Mobile Phone Carrier
- Mobile Banking PIN
Setting Up Mobile Banking
1. Login to your Internet Banking using your Login ID
 - a. Answer security question if required
- b. Enter your password
2. Click on the Button “Options”
3. Scroll to Mobile Banking – Click on Edit
a. Enter your 10 digit cell phone number
b. Use the drop down arrow to select your cell phone carrier.
c. Enter, then confirm a 4 digit PIN that you will use each time you enter Mobile Banking
d. Click on Submit
e. Notice on top of the screen “Mobile banking enrollment completed successfully” should appear. If not, repeat #3.
Within minutes, you should receive a text message. Use the URL in the message to get to the mobile banking login screen. Here, you will enter your internet banking ID and the Mobile Banking PIN you just set.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Each time you enter Mobile Banking you will receive a new text
message. You must use the most recent message to login. This
new message in addition to the 4 digit mobile PIN will access your accounts.
If you delete your last message, you will need to have access to
a computer to login to Internet Banking again, enter your mobile pin in the mobile banking section and the process will begin again.
If you forget your 4-digit mobile PIN, log into your internet banking
from any computer and refer to instructions in #4 above. You only
need to reenter any 4 digits to select a new mobile PIN.
Your mobile device carrier may charge you to receive Internet, cellular or other data service. You should check with your Mobile
Device carrier for details on specific fees and charges that may apply to you.
TIPS for Mobile Banking
Never disclose personal information about your accounts
via a text message, such as account numbers, passwords
or any combination of information that can be used to steal
your identity.
If you change your mobile number or lose your mobile
phone, immediately contact First National Bank to
change the details of your mobile banking profile.
Monitor your financial records and accounts on a regular
basis and consider having electronic alerts on account
activity sent to your email or mobile device. Regularly
review your statement with online banking.
